STCW Basic Safety Training (BST)

This course is based on the provisions of table A-VI/1 of the STCW Code and is mandatory for all seafarers employed on board ships over 24 meters, including Superyachts and Cruise ships. It is especially important for new entrants in marine industry.

Training consists of 4 modules:

Personal Survival Techniques (PST) – Theory and Practical

Fire Prevention and Fire-Fighting  (FPFF) – Theory and Practical

Elementary First Aid (EFA) – Theory and Practical

Personal Safety and Social Responsibilities (PSST) – Theory

Duration: 6 days

Validity:   5 years
